ELP participated in the TCD EU Levers Event - RE-GENERATION: Sustainable Food For The Ages - as part of Science Week Ireland 2024. Through three free events, we explored traditional baking, low carbon-agriculture, artistic approaches to sustainable dining, as well as practical ways to take climate action through food, fibres and the bioeconomy with participants from The Bia Innovator Centre, Athenry (Teagasc), Gastronomic Artist Rudi-Lee McCarthy, The Irish Soda Bread Company, Fibreshed among others.
