ELP in collaboration with over 10 different groups helps to establish One Westport CLG, whose aim to create a great quality of life in Westport and its environs, using the foundation pillars of sustainability to align, at a community level, with the UN SDGs. Through the One Westport network ELP is highlighting the issue of food security and community resilience building in the face of the climate crisis and ecosystem collapse at a local and regional level. Through its membership of One Westport the ELP is also helping to establish a pilot scale model of cross community collaboration on the critical issues facing this and future generations.
